Commercial insolvency (also known as bankruptcy or bankruptcy) is a legal process of universal enforcement to satisfy creditors of a debtor (usually a trader) that is insolvent or over-indebted. Commercial insolvency proceedings are a particular type of lawsuit, in which the characteristics of the three types of civil proceedings – the claim, the enforcement and the security are combined. The characteristics of the enforcement process predominate, and therefore commercial insolvency is generally defined as a process of universal enforcement.

In this enforcement proceeding, the trustee acts as a bailiff who sells the assets of the defunct trader through a special procedure governed by the Commercial Law. Most often, this is done through open or bidding auctions.

The ability to achieve prices much below market rates is even greater, which makes insolvency proceedings the most tempting way to buy real estate, regardless of your purpose – investment, resale, personal use, etc.

If you want to buy a real estate from a trustee, send us a request with the parameters you want and we will find the best offers for you.
